Drink plenty of water! Drink at least two liters of water per day. This helps to avoid dehydration and keep you feeling full.
Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. One third of women said they would give up sex for a month to lose five pounds.* Instead, how about taking a different approach to weight management? Incorporate a healthy snack into your balanced diet and 30 minutes of exercise daily.
Keep efficiency in mind when choosing exercises. Choose exercises that are efficient and really target your trouble spots. Quality can be more important than quantity.
